This mid 1900's Californian Bungalow, nestled in the leafy suburbs of East Malvern, had a full restoration and renovation to cater for the lifestyle of its growing family.

The tired facade was brought back to life by updating the colour palette and repointing the exposed brickwork. The old lean to extension was demolished to make way for a family friendly addition that compliments the existing residence through the use of rough cast render, terracotta roof tiles and timber framed windows and doors. Inside, the inclusion of herringbone oak floorboards, marble, high-end fittings and finishes along with the restored period features give the home a feeling of warmth and sophistication. The immaculately landscaped surrounds complete this accomplished family home.
